Choose an option for lunch
For all 1/2 day, full day and overnight hikes… all lunch options will include chips and apples or bananas. Snacks such as beef jerky, protein/nut bars will be available as well. I myself try to eat healthy, so most if not all ingredients will be organic. ***Please let me know if anyone in your party has any type of food allergies***
Peanut Butter and honey tortillas
California raisin style wraps made with peanut butter, honey, raisins, cinnamon, apple juice and wheat tortillas.
2. tuna or chicken pasta
Choose from tuna or chicken cooked with pasta, salt and pepper. Pasta can be plain, or a flavored Ramen noodle packet.
3. PB&J Sandwich
Traditional lunch of champions.
4. kettle chili/ southwest couscous
Your choice of organic backpacking meals that can be easily prepared on the trail.
