Choose an option for lunch

  • For all 1/2 day, full day and overnight hikes… all lunch options will include chips and apples or bananas. Snacks such as beef jerky, protein/nut bars will be available as well. I myself try to eat healthy, so most if not all ingredients will be organic. ***Please let me know if anyone in your party has any type of food allergies***

  1. Peanut Butter and honey tortillas

  • California raisin style wraps made with peanut butter, honey, raisins, cinnamon, apple juice and wheat tortillas.


2. tuna or chicken pasta

  • Choose from tuna or chicken cooked with pasta, salt and pepper. Pasta can be plain, or a flavored Ramen noodle packet.


3. PB&J Sandwich

  • Traditional lunch of champions.


4. kettle chili/ southwest couscous

  • Your choice of organic backpacking meals that can be easily prepared on the trail.
